Online Course for Sports Observer (Overview of Sports Law)

Sport has always been one of the most popular activities in Italy. Champions have already become national symbols, even at a very young age. But how does one recognise talent in sport?
It is important here to acquire technical, tactical and behavioural skills that only a good critical eye can recognise!
The sports observer, also called official observer or more commonly, talent scout, is that professional figure who may be self-employed or may be employed by a sports club and is responsible for discovering and recruiting talented players.
Very often we imagine scouts in the world of football, i.e. football observers, but in every sport there is a need for a recruiter. This is why the ADL advanced training course trains a professional figure who is also able to deal with scouting in volleyball, basketball and rugby on the Italian or foreign sports scene.
TRAINING PROJECT
PREPARATORY PHASE
- 50 hours minimum of propaedeutic self-study on 4 specific texts
- English language study platform available H24 for 6 months. The learner will be provided with Activities & Quizzes: articles, videos, audio, grammar, how-to and various publications. Thanks to the platform's Artificial Intelligence, content is adapted to each learner's profile
