Access requirements

Degree, even short in economics, law, engineering and management or experience in the airport and / or supply chain sector

Course objectives:

The educational objective of the course is to provide a general and introductory overview on the topic of Supply Chain Management and to deepen the freight forwarding services, the gtransport management, as well as the tmultimodal transport with an important parenthesis on the transport of dangerous goods. 

Tasks and competences:

Thanks to the advanced training course for Air Cargo Supply Chain Manager you will be able to acquire a series of skills, such as: 

  • Learn to integrate Supply Chain business processes
  • Understand the scope of freight forwarding services.
  • Identify the benefits of multimodal transport.
  • Know the different transport channels: air, road, sea and river.
  • Know the modes of transport for dangerous goods

Career opportunities and skills marketability:

At the end of the course it is possible to aspire to a managerial or operational role in the air freight transport sector or to reuse the skills thus acquired to bring development within one's own company.
