Inspection and MaintenanceBefore an aircraft can take off, it must be checked for safety. In a ramp agent's routine, there is the Ramp agents perform cleaning and maintenance routines on aircraft, including visual inspections and checks of service vehicles.

The ramp agent cooperates even with the personnel involved in aircraft refuelling with the fuel required for the flight and coordinates the Runway Operations and cooperates with the air traffic control to ensure that flights depart and land smoothly.

Among the main skills of this professional figure is the ability to manage emergencies, responding immediately and effectively to ensure the safety of everyone on board, always in strict compliance with all procedures that are part of airport security regulations.
