Passionate about aviation since childhood thanks to her father who was a pilot, after finishing her language studies she moved to London to perfect her English. She attended the College of Marketing of British Airways where she obtained airline ticketing training diplomas that enabled her to work for a large British tour operator as a stopover representative for Britannia Airways and Orion Airways both in London at Luton and Gatwick airports and in Milan at Malpensa airport. After several years at Linate airport as an airport representative, she was recruited by Lufthansa where she specialised in staff training for the company's operational systems.
He attended courses in applied passenger psychology and critical situation management at the Lufthansa training centre in Seeheim, Germany.
In Brussels at the headquarters of Brussels Airlines he obtains the ALTEA Departure Control System instructor's diploma and attends courses and refresher courses on the recognition of false documents held by the Belgian border police.
Over the years, he has worked as a supervisor for several airlines, passenger service trainer and quality pilot at Aviapartner, a well-known Belgian international handling company.
In the field of airport emergencies, he participated in several aircraft accident simulations where he gained further experience in aviation.
His great passion is the training of airport personnel to whom he tries to pass on not only the fundamentals, but also his enthusiasm and experience so that he can interact with his students with the utmost professionalism and competence.
