Also in the research conducted by Randstad we read "The new professions linked to the environmental challenge already exist and new technologies must be established, from biomedical to new materials. All professions need to be rethought, because all are undergoing change. New jobs are emerging, of experienced professionals in the management of import-export, with the responsibility of digital platforms and relationships with third parties.

The new professional figures interpret the challenge of digitization not only in terms of robotization, but also in the management and control of the supply chains up to the actual operational execution.
And the job market it requires experienced professionals, able to demonstrate that they have real skills to ride the unstoppable wave of change.
The new skills in the Logistics sector concern, for example, "the coding of information, the development of the blockchain to rationalize the administrative and accounting systems, the use of Big Data, or cybersecurity, all crucial for the quality and development of the logistics supply chains, require very important investments in human resources, at all levels, not to mention the infrastructures, the hardware systems, the new mobility systems, the enormous spaces opened by the technologies of sustainable mobility“.
