Dental health? It all starts with their appearance. A healthy smile is first of all a white smile and today there are some natural remedies for having white teeth. Of course, these remedies can never replace the dental cleaning done by a dentist, which must be done at least once a year or every six months.
In fact, only a professional can guarantee perfect cleaning of the oral cavity, thanks to appropriate techniques, tools and products. Scaling, curettage, root planing and polishing with paste are some of the stages of dental cleaning done by a dentist.
To keep your smile white, here are three natural remedies, which everyone can put into practice on their own.

It seems to be an excellent whitener and is a completely natural remedy. Just take half a teaspoon of baking soda and mix it with half a teaspoon of table salt to create a very effective cleansing mixture, added to a little mint essential oil to obtain a soft and fragrant paste to be used like a normal toothpaste.
The use of this paste, however, must not be frequent: the ideal is to brush the teeth with this pulp only once a week, alternating the rest of the days with a normal toothpaste, to avoid damaging the enamel.

Lemon juice

An ancient natural remedy for having white teeth is lemon juice, antiseptic, antibacterial and whitening, capable of eliminating stains caused by smoke and coffee.
A glass of lemon juice, perhaps combined with a little baking soda, can very well be used for oral hygiene once a month, perhaps alternating it with lemon zest with which to rub your teeth for optimal results.

And among the natural remedies for having white teeth there is no shortage of fruits and vegetables. In fact, it seems that apples, pears, the sweet strawberries and then also celery and carrots are a panacea for the teeth, capable of making them whiter. The credit goes to saliva which, in contact with these foods, produces a reaction that removes bacteria from the mouth.
