L’Agente di RampaL’ Agente di Rampa è una figura aeroportuale che opera in pista al fine di supervisionare tutte le attività che si svolgono prima della partenza del volo. Ha un ruolo cruciale in quanto fa da tramite tra il comandante dell’aereo e tutti coloro che lavorano all’interno dell’aerostazione. In particolare, è a stretto contatto con i singoli attori per coordinare le attività che vanno dal carico e scarico bagagli nel rispetto del bilanciamento dell’aeromobile, al transito dei passeggeri sino alle attività di manutenzione.Compiti e competenzeL’ Agente di rampa è responsabile delle seguenti attività:- It provides a central point of coordination for all ground activities and operational teams, including the flight crew.
- Guarantees compliance with the transit and departure times (PTS - Precision Time Schedule) of the airport
- It guarantees flight safety (Safety and Security), performance, processes and procedures.
- Blocks turnaround activities that do not comply with safety and security procedures and operational processes.
- In some situations, the Turnaround coordinator assumes supervisory responsibility, while in others the roles are divided and assigned to specific individuals.
- It can be responsible for several flights at the same time.
In particular:
- Oversees refueling operations
- Checks loading/unloading baggage and disembarking/embarking passengers
- It requires maintenance activities and the De-icing and Anti-icing of the aircraft
- Catering
- Check whether special assistance is needed
- Verify that activities are carried out regularly
- Verify compliance with security protocols
- Guarantees the closing of all doors and the clearing of the runway
- Coordinates start-up and towing of aircraft

Preparatory Phase
- 3-month English course Gofluent "all you can learn"(in alternativa ed in possesso di un livello almeno B2 autocertificato è possibile optare per una delle seguenti lingue: francese, spagnolo, tedesco, cinese (mandarino), portoghese (brasiliano) e italiano);
- 14 ore di Videolezioni sul Sistema Aeroportuale + 2 ore live online entro 7 giorni dall’inizio della fase di aula;
- Materiale didattico.
Virtual classroom phase:
- 12 ore relative alla formazione D.lgs. 81/08 in folmula Blendeed ( 4 ore su piattaforma e 8 ore in aula virtuale) ;
- 4 ore su piattaforma relativa al D.G.R. cat. 10;
- 32 ore di formazione online con docenti esperti secondo calendario prestabilito.

Patente di guida B.Per candidarsi al corso, è necessario compilare il form di richiesta informazioni presente sul sito internet www.accademiadellavoro.it, con il quale il candidato richiede di partecipare alla selezione per il CorsoÈ prevista, per la partecipazione al corso, una prova di selezione che prevede:

– colloquio motivazionale e psico-attitudinale con una consulente didattica;
La commissione esaminatrice comunicherà l’esito della selezione e l’ammissione al Corso. Successivamente il candidato potrà procedere alla compilazione e all’invio del modulo di adesione.Il corso prevede la possibilità di ottenere il Finanziamento della quota di iscrizione.
