Being 21, with the desire to see the world, the determination of a young professional and the airport sector always in the heart and in the head.
Claudia Fiori is Roman, a diploma at the linguistic high school, an annual attendance at the university faculty of linguistic and cultural mediation and then the decision to enroll in the course for airport operator from Accademia del Lavoro to chase a dream.

“I decided to follow the course for airport attendant because that for the airport sector it is a passion that I have as a child. It is a fascinating and complex world and, thanks to this training course, I have learned a lot, both in terms of technical and practical content and in terms of approach and professional conduct. An excellent relationship was established immediately with the guys in the group. I think it was one of the best experiences in recent years ".

Speaking about the teachers, Claudia underlines: “They have passed on a lot to us, they have shown that they are very competent and knowledgeable about what they have taught us. Their experience was strongly perceived ”.

Today, the milestone of Claudia Fiori is the internship started at theFiumicino airport, which will end in mid-January and which sees the alumni of Academy course dealing with important tasks of responsibility that require attention, precision, maximum concentration always in the areas of check-in, boarding and Lost and Found offices. Without taking away, then, the passion, dedication and patience that already belong to this young airport stopover attendant.
