I had the honour of being able to attend this Hdemia and take part in the Ramp Agent Course.
If the Course is well STRUCTURED and Xfectly organised in its 4 phases,
the same cannot be said for the trainers, who are by far more qualitatively prepared than the organisational structure itself !!!!!
In the first phase, we had a collegial "online" training where Anastasia, Marco and Ezio took turns in training.
Fantastic in their exposition and in being able to capture the interest, desire, expectations and work ambitions related to the course in each of the students.
Ezio del Monaco is a teacher who knows the subject and the airport world inside out. His lessons are always very detailed, in the various steps from the landside to the airside. Many times he went back through the syllabus until each step to the next was clear.
Thank you Ezio for your perfect presentation of the content, for your absolute willingness to deal with the same topic several times when the need arose. Last but not least, thank you very much for your availability even after the course for any news/support.
Anastasia Emanuelli and Marco C. are both 2 outstanding trainers.
A harmony that seemed to touch each other in transferring every single notion and information . Two people who got to know each other in the field and turned their life/work experience into excellence.
They were able first during the on-line and later in the classroom to generate an empathy with all the trainees, making the lessons always light, interesting but above all engaging..... alternating training with checking that the content had been acquired through exercises summarising the subject matter.
The days in the classroom were intense but at the same time light, these 2 trainers managed to transfer the notions to us with a simplicity typical of highly professional teachers. Of both of them I will keep the friendship and love for this work that make them a legacy to emulate.
You really left me a lot!!!!
The Course also reached its climax during the "Safety and Security" training held by the trainer Stefano Natalini , a former employee of the Polizia.di Stato, with a high Curiculum Vitae in various fields, such as artificia and anti-terrorism, public order.
In addition to being very interesting and above all topical, his lectures were excessively detailed and engaging in every single topic covered, even with concrete episodes from real life.
Finally, I couldn't close without mentioning Dr. Monica, who is the Orchestra Director of this academy, always present at both organisational and classroom level, from the embryonic phase with course enrolment to the end. With the delivery of the certificates, passing through every single in-person and on-line lesson.....She is always there like an on-line Help ready to support every single question/request that arises.
Thank you Monica for your supportive attitude and your great PROFESSIONALITY.
My thanks also go to my fellow trainees with whom a good friendship was forged and who made the days enjoyable and interesting.
Ad Majora, greetings to All, I take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

I attended the Airport Steward course at the Accademia del Lavoro and my experience was very positive: the week of in-person lessons in Milan was extremely useful and well organised. Lecturers Alessandra Weiss and Stefano Natalini were prepared, clear and always available to answer doubts, while tutor Monica was a constant and attentive point of reference throughout the course. The programme offers a complete overview of airport procedures, from check-in to customer care, from security to baggage, allowing you to really understand the work inside an airport. I would recommend this course to anyone wishing to pursue a career in aviation.

I took part in the Airport Duty Officer course, and it was a wonderful discovery.
Besides learning a lot about the world of aviation and in particular about the profession of Check-In Agent, this course gave me even more insight into what I would like for my future.
I would like to congratulate the teacher Alessandra Weiss, an expert in the field, who made everyone fall in love with her personality and kindness.

very interesting and well-structured course, also recommended for those who have no aviation background and who simply have the dream of working at an airport in the future. The lecturers, Natalini and Weiss, whom I had the good fortune to meet for the Airport Attendant course, are two wonderful people, who convey their passion for this world and this job, conducting transversal and never monotonous lessons. I thank Accademia del Lavoro for this wonderful experience and for all the people I met on the course.
It's been a great and unique experience, let's say a mixture of emotions.
I've always wanted to know more about this job and our professor Alessandra Weiss was able to teach us perfectly so many things in such a short period of time.
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to grow in this field.
Hope to inspire more people my self one day to reach their dreams like you did prof.

It's just a pity that it costs so much. I think this course should cost lower so that everyone can afford it, helping even more people to reach their dreams.

It was an unexpectedly beautiful experience both for the course itself and the people we met.
The course has been exceptionally divided and organised for each topic with a final alternation of mini-tests for each chapter, which are useful to assimilate all the daily information and above all to test oneself and prepare for the IATA certification exam.
What I will always take away with me from this experience is the great professionalism and savoir faire of Prof. Alessandra Weiss and Prof. Stefano Natalini who ensured that the lessons were always dynamic, active and never boring. The laughs were not few and the appreciation is high.
The course further confirmed my love for aviation and the airport!

The course is super interesting. Very well organised and with the possibility to interact with the lecturers, who are very helpful. The lectures were conducted in such a way that we could all be heard and understand the topics better. My class and I were fortunate to have been tutored by Professor Weiss who made all the lessons clear, interesting and very entertaining. She made learning fun and effective. It is definitely an experience to have. You get the chance to learn a lot, meet people who are already part of the airport environment and make new friends with people who have the same interest as you. It was a unique experience. I came home that day with a smile on my face, I was really happy and satisfied.

I did the ramp agent course and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations, talking to former trainees I saw the continuous improvement offered by the academy over the years, the cost is not inconsiderable but it was thanks to this course that I was able to find a job even before the course ended.
The preparation of the teachers is impeccable and super professional, maximum experience in the sector and with all the guests in the classroom phase they make you get to know the airport world at 360°, from the tour of the apron seeing in practice what happens in the turnaround both on board and above, the story of the experience of no less than 4 commanders who stimulate you to pursue your dreams and make you understand their humanity; ramp drivers and many teachers as guests make you grasp more points of view and many experiences! As I have already said, it exceeded expectations, they make you fall even more in love with this world; the course is well structured with all the necessary certifications, it trains you a lot in theory and thanks to the experiences of the many teachers and the internship phase complete the practical phase! The course is complete and the latest edition could not be bettered, although it is the responsibility of the tutors and teachers to provide an increasingly adequate offer.
The working environment is very professional but also pleasant thanks to colleagues and the tutor Monica, whom I would like to thank, is really a professional who cares about her work and the good output of the whole course.
I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to enter the world of aviation with professionalism and full coaching.

The CAF and Patronato course at the Accademia del Lavoro was an unforgettable experience. Tutor Rita followed me from the very beginning with patience and dedication, then Tutor Stefania took care of me until I was placed in a CAF/Patronato where I am now doing my internship with enthusiasm.

The lecturers, Dr. Turella and Dr. Zuccaro, were extraordinary: professional, knowledgeable, always available and able to convey not only practical skills, but also confidence and motivation.

It is a really worthwhile course, well-structured, practical and comprehensive, teaching you everything, even if you start from scratch. A course that has given me solid knowledge and the knowledge that I can do it. I heartily recommend it to anyone who wants to grow professionally and humanly.

I attended and successfully passed the GDS Amadeus Advanced course at the end of June 2025. After 2 weeks I started receiving really interesting job offers despite the fact that I had been outside the tourism industry for over 13 years.
I highly recommend this course both to those who have recently started working in a travel agency/tour operator/airline/airport company and to those who wish to pursue a career in the tourism industry with a focus on air travel.
Many thanks to the teachers: Tiziana Marinelli and Elisabetta F. Thank you for your valuable teaching, understanding and your willingness to follow and give clear and comprehensive explanations even several times for the same command/process to all pupils and for the references I received.
Thank you for the invaluable support of tutors Stefania Cabibbo and Francesca, during all stages from entry into the academy to interview intermediation.
I would also like to thank Dr Tunzi for the administrative part and the first approach I received, which made me immediately feel that I had entrusted myself to people who are extremely competent and willing to make those who turn to Accademia del Lavoro grow and improve.

I would like to take a minute to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience I had during the course for Guardie Particolari Giurate. The tutor Angela Veneziani demonstrated impeccable professionalism, great helpfulness and infinite kindness. Her ability to answer all questions with patience and clarity was fundamental in clarifying all the doubts that emerged during the training course.
Thanks to his dedication and commitment, the training has been enriching and positive. I am convinced that what I learnt, thanks to his guidance (as well as professionals in the field), will be of great help in my career.
One IMPORTANT thing must be emphasised: Accademia Del Lavoro is a key step to finding a job immediately, as thanks to the skills acquired, the terminal internship, and the very important dissemination of the CV, I found a job in less than a week.
Thank you very much for this great opportunity.

I had enrolled in the Airport Attendant course at Accademia del Lavoro in January in order to realise my dream of working at the airport, now less than a year later I am working at Malpensa airport.
