AIR TRANSPORT MANAGER

The Air Transport Manager has a high level of responsibility in the air transport sector as it exercises decision-making power over various aspects related to the optimal management of the airline or airport management company to which it is part. Course steps

The theoretical-practical lessons aimed at issuing the following certifications, are organized according to different training steps:

  • FASE PROPEDEUTICA: Studio su piattaforma del D.lgs. 81/08 Materiale didattico + 20 ore di lezione online. Corso di inglese di 3 mesi Gofluent – formula “all you can learn” (alternatively, if you have at least a self-certified B2 level you can opt for one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Chinese (Mandarin), Portuguese (Brazilian) and Italian)
  • CLASSROOM PHASE: 64 hours of lectures + practical exercises In support of training, Accademia del Lavoro will provide specific texts and handouts.
  • PROJECT WORK
  • DISSEMINATION OF OCCUPATIONAL PROFILES AND ORIENTATION TO WORK

Diploma in Aeronautics and/or Bachelor Degree (preferably in scientific disciplines)

How to apply

To apply for the course, it is necessary to fill in the information request form on the website www.accademiadellavoro.it, with which the candidate requires to participate in the selection for the course.

Selection

For the participation in the course, there will be a selection test that includes:
- examination of the CV and motivation letter of the candidate;
- motivational and psycho-aptitude interview with a teaching consultant;
The selection board will communicate the outcome of the selection and admission to the course. Subsequently, the candidate can proceed to the completion and dispatch of the application form.

Facilities

The course provides the possibility of obtaining the financing of the registration fee. In addition, at the end of the course, the Accademia del Lavoro will undertake to disseminate the curricula of students to companies operating in the sector.

    Flavio Domenichini
    L’ing. Domenichini svolge formazione aeronautica da 20 anni. Durante il conseguimento del dottorato di ricerca ha creato delle piattaforme in cui si sono interfacciati gli interessi degli stakeholder (industria, formazione, enti di ricerca), collaborando a diverse start up aeronautiche. Fondatore della Domavio, attualmente è auditor, quality e compliance monitoring manager e safety manager, e svolge corsi di formazione specialistica come istruttore FTS, EWIS, DGR.

    Ezio Del Monaco

    Inizia la carriera aeroportuale nel 1988 in Alitalia ricoprendo molte mansioni inerenti le Ground Operations presso lo scalo di Fiumicino: Check-in, Biglietteria, Gestione transiti, Rampa Centraggio. Successivamente ricopre l’incarico di Supervisiore Area Rampa. Dal 2008 si interessa di Safety ricoprendo la posizione di Auditor, e grazie alla trentennale esperienza maturata nell’area Ground entra a far parte del Safety Managment System della Compagnia. Svolge Analisi ed Investigazioni di eventi Ground. Esegue Risk Assessment sui processi operativi di scalo, e ne valuta i cambiamenti, e le nuove implementazioni. Gestisce e coordina i servizi Ground per i voli speciali e ad alto revenue: Charters per squadre di club, Nazionale di calcio, Ferrari Team, Charters per “Incentive” di importati aziende italiane, Voli di Stato e Voli Militari. Auditor di Quality o Compliance. Attività svolta con il vantaggio di avvalersi di una lunga esperienza aeroportuale. É stato Co-Founder della società Artincentive un DMC (Destination Management Company) per promuovere l’incoming in Italia per il segmento turistico MICE. Altamente motivato ed orientato al risultato da raggiungere attraverso la costanza e la dedizione. Focalizzato al miglioramento continuo dei processi.

    ENRICO MARIA MALATO
    Regional Manager della compagnia aerea Ryanair, con oltre 20 anni di esperienza nel settore dell’aviazione, gode di una carriera di successo nella gestione di molteplici operazioni internazionali e nell’offrire miglioramenti delle prestazioni aeroportuali. Laureato alla Facoltà di Economia e Commercio dell’Università degli studi di Catania, ha poi conseguito la laurea in Strategic Management – Airline Studies presso The Nottingham Trent University e la Laurea Magistrale in Economia e Management Aeronautico presso l’Università Giustino Fortunato, dove attualmente ha la cattedra di docente per l’insegnamento “Operazioni aeroportuali e Ground Handling”.
    Intraprende la carriera in ambito aeronautico nel 1998 come Addetto di scalo per la compagnia di bandiera presso l’Aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino e, successivamente, si trasferisce presso l’aeroporto di Catania dove si occuperà della “Gestione delle operazioni di scalo”.
    Attualmente, è a capo dei team di lavoro operanti in tutta Italia, a Malta, in Grecia e a Cipro.
