Ivan Massi currently holds the position of Safety and Environmental Manager at a Multinational Company operating in the handling sector and brings with him extensive experience in the field. He not only holds the qualification of AIFOS Qualified Trainer, but he is also the main lecturer of our Course for Ramp Agent.
With an established career in the industry, Ivan held the position of HR Manager, overseeing the organisation and industrial processes for the well-known airline Alitalia. In addition, it acted as Quality Auditor for Blue Panorama Airlines, acquiring in-depth skills ranging from Project & Risk management to Aviation security, from Ground Handling to EASA, ECAC, ICAO and IATA regulations.
His specialisation in business organisations, quality, occupational safety, aviation and airport regulations, and safety and security is testimony to his integrated view of processes and regulations. He has a strong orientation towards quality results and possesses the ability to manage people with a collaborative approach.
