Being able to undertake the profession of one's dreams is not an easy undertaking, but stubbornness and training they can make a difference.
We interviewed Nicola Venerandi, 24, who after finishing our course for Aspiring Special Security Guard in Rome, he succeeded in his aim: to start this profession.
Why did you choose to attend the course for Aspiring Special Security Guard promoted by the Accademia del Lavoro?
In fact, in the past few years I have tried to enter the military academy, participating in state competitions, but without succeeding in the intent. Later I began to inquire about this profession, which to tell the truth was unknown to me. Of course, I knew roughly that of the General Security Guard, but not exactly that of the Particular security guard. I began to deepen, to be more and more fascinated and subsequently, thanks also to Accademia del Lavoro, I am totally passionate about it and I managed to enter the profession.
If I could go back I would immediately pursue the path of becoming a Special Security Guard without attempting the path of a military career.
How long after the end of the course promoted by the Accademia del Lavoro was you hired?
I was hired after about a month and now, before officially starting, I'm just waiting to finish all the bureaucratic procedures.
QHow much is preventive training in your opinion? What weight did it play in the selection phase?
Training has been very useful for the purpose ofhiring, indeed I would dare to say that it was one of the determining reasons. In fact, at the interview, among the many candidates only I was selected because I was the only one who had an adequate training, with suitable skills, differently from the other aspirants.
Would you do the course again?
Absolutely yes, because it allowed me not only to enter the world of work but also and above all to be able to do it in the sector that I like the most. In short, my dream job.
