Marco Moretti, is 30 years old and comes from Macerata. His dream from an early age was to wear the uniform and so, after having obtained the linguistic maturity and, having gained previous experience, he decided to chase his dream by enrolling in the course for aspiring private security guard of the Accademia del Lavoro which, as he himself declares, "He trained him, allowing him to get to know what the world of surveillance is, fully deepening the issue of private security".
“The teachers - he said - are all professionals of the supervisory sector, were very comprehensive, allowing us to understand in a simple and clear way all the information necessary to fully understand this activity ".
Marco who has recently been hired at the Macerata Emergency Department Vigilance Service, also says: “This experience allowed me to make a dream come true. It is essential to have determination and patience to carry out this work in the best possible way, since the working hours are flexible enough, as you could work even on weekends, which could make it a bit tiring. Then, it is important to have good training bases and a great desire to improve are indispensable ingredients ".
After course for aspiring security guard of Accademia del Lavoro, Marco said: “I am very happy to be able to work here, it is a great work experience that will allow me to grow a lot and, even if there is still a lot to learn, I am ready to do it”!
